Relay Choice Profile

With this feature, Virginia Relay users can establish a personal profile that automatically lets the Communications Assistant know their calling preference, such as TTY, VCO, HCO or Voice. All information you provide in your profile is confidential, and a password is required to access and/or edit your profile.

Multi-User Relay Choice Profiles (MURCPs) are available for several users calling from the same business or home location.

A Relay Choice Profile not only saves time, but also speeds up your Relay calls dramatically. It only takes a few minutes to complete and submit your profile online, and you can edit it at any time.
