Virginia Relay Deaf Awareness Day: September 11, 10am-4pm, At James City/Williamsburg Community Center, Free workshops include: accommodations hospitals provide to deaf and hard of hearing, smoke alarms, movie theater access, technology update, basic survival signs and door prizes.
